Windows can't let you remove (rename, move or delete) a "module"
(.EXE, .DLL, and few other small types) while it's in use by the
system -- but there's no way the system can be using two modules by
the same name. So if *both* DLLs give this message, at least one of
them must be due to some other condition. [But being marked
read-only shouldn't *prevent* copying, just pop up a confirmation
dialog. Hmmm....]
