    Outlook Express is an integral part of Internet Explorer on the Win98 SE
CD, but you cannot get it separately from the CD.  You will need to go to
the Microsoft Update site to download and install a separate copy of Outlook
Express.  Otherwise you will have to re-install Win 98 SE.
