Recently one of my users wanted to know if editing changes in his Word files
was save when his laptop was re-imaged. Would it be stored in the
normal.dot file? I did recalled saving the normal.dot file to the network.
Would it be a matter of copying the normal.dot back to its location on his
hard drive so that when he opens his Word files, he can see the saved
editing changes.

Thanks for your help.
