Not really knowing any specifics on what types of hardware you are
running to get these warnings, with the information that you have
provided it sounds as though you either have the wrong drivers for these
devices or are using outdated ones...To do any conversation like to fat
32 you need a third party software..the best one is partition magic...it
allows you to do the conversion with no loss of data...
