I just opened my new book called Access 97 at a glance. In the
design View Toolbox there is a page break button. This button
forces the fields that start at the insertion point to apear on the
next screen. I am not sure if this will solve your problem.

Another option I saw was for changing the spacing between parts
of a report...

display the report in design view.

position the pointer above the text where you want to change the
spacing.

when the pointer shape changes to a two headed arrow, drag in
the appropriate direction to change the spacing.

I hope this helps.
