Hi Scott,
Yes, with one caveat: Reboot your computer first, in case the Temp
directory contains any newly installed programs that won't complete
installation until you Start--Shut Down--Restart. I have noticed that
installation programs do not always inform you that there will be a bit
of additional installation upon Rebooting.
To be safe, follow this for both C:\Temp and C:\Windows\Temp .
