Is your XP installation completely up to date ? I think they released a fix
for this in the ie/oe service pack.

Since I purchased my new computer I have had to enter the password for
outlook express everytime I open it up and ask for mail. It won't save my
password. I called HP about it and was told it was something in XP that was
causing the problem. We ran through the usual tests in options and shutting
down and rebooting, but nothing works. They told me I would have to go and
find a download somewhere to fix the problem. Anyone have any ideas on how
to fix this annoying problem?

Thanks
