I will dispense with the technique for adjusting page breaks, its too
involved.  If you know where your page breaks belong, then this is the
simple matter of entering in the print region correctly. Go to 'File,Page
Setup,Sheet' and in the print area, enter the odd page ranges, separate each
page with a comma (,). So the print area for odd pages would be
$a$1:$d$30,$a$61:$d$90,$a$121:$d$150,.......
Now go to 'View,Custom views' and add a view.  This will save the odd print
area settings.

The print area for even pages would be
$a$31:$d$60,$a$91:$d$120,$a$151:$d$180,.......
Again, go to 'View,Custom views' and add a view.  This will save the even
print area settings.
Every comma will cause a page break.
To print the even pages, go to 'View, custom views, show' and pick the even
custom view.

After some experimenting, I discovered that overlapping ranges will cause
unexpected and usually bad results.

For instance, you can force a page break into an otherwise contiguous range
of the print area, say, $a1:$d15,$a17:$d30
will print page one on two pages, with row 17 on the top of page two.  If I
want this behavior, I place a dummy blank row into the print area (in this
case 16) so that the ranges don't overlap, and page two always starts with
the right row (17) at the top.
This is, by the way, undocumented.  I figured it out while attempting to do
the same thing with multiple sheets (this is covered in Excel help):

Make a group of the sheets that you want to print.  To do this, hold down
the control key while left clicking on each sheet's tab that you want to
include in the group.  When you execute a file menu command, print for
example, all selected sheets will print their respective print areas.  Each
sheet starts printing on a new page.

To unselect a group, click on a sheet not a member of the group.

I have a 26 page spreedsheet which I want to print out twosided, but the
print window does not let you chose groupings, only beginning and ending
pages. Word lets you set up odd or even, etc.
