This is sort of a question (but might be part of the solution??)

Many moons ago (maybe as far back as Windows 3.0) -- once you installed your
fonts through the "Control Panel", you also had to bring up your word processors
(like Word, etc. etc.) and select the fonts and check "OK"  ... I was exiting
out of the Word menu .. not checking "OK" and the new fonts were not available?
Is this still true  - what about other programs such "Print Shop Deluxe"?
