This is a great example of why I love lists like this one-I had no idea
there was such a feature, and I've been using XP almost 2 years.
The only info I could find is in XP help-the image tool wil not appear
unless the image is at least 200 x 200 pixels.

hi... a friend of mine has this problem...we both use windows xp pro...when
you right click a picture file and go to "send to" and select "mail
recipient",a small window pops up and allows you to reduce the size of the
file for faster emailing...this has always worked well for us...but
yesterday he informed me that the small window no longer pops up for him to
allow him to change the size of the pictures.... now all that happens is a
new mail message window appears with the pics attached....he is using
outlook express and this is his default email program....does anyone know
why this feature no longer works, how or why it would become disabled,or how
he can restore the feature (like maybe a registry change)....
