  Generally, as an email message is passed from system to system to get from 
the sender to its destination, each system that handles it adds some 
"header" information to the message which is useful for diagnosing problems 
like this.  Your email program probably doesn't ordinarily show you that 
information, but most programs have some way that you can see it -- and 
select, copy, and paste it into a message to this forum where we can see it 
too.  If you do that, I'm fairly certain we'll be able to determine what is 
going on, and recommend what, if anything, you can do about it.
