Several weeks ago I found a suggestion for faster displays when surfing the net and now I cannot find out what I did so I can change it back.

The suggestion was to reset the picture quality to eliminate waiting for the full quality to appear, thus getting fuzzy pictures. I can right click the picture to ask for full quality appearance on that particular picture. However, I cannot find out how to reset my computer to have full picture quality all the time. I do not need that suggestion with my cable modem. I have Windows XP. Do you have any idea what setting I changed so I can return to full picture quality all the time?
