I recently upgraded from Win. 98 to Win.98 SE. I neglected to back up my OE5
folders(jokes, pictures, tips, etc.).Windows reintalled OE5 but without the
folders. I found them as Word documents with a .dbx extension, but when I
opened them, all I saw was small squares, no text.
Is there some way I can convert these .dbx files to text or are they lost
for good?

            Sincerely
Doyle Hirsch [log in to unmask]
