I downloaded and installed Zone Alarm (free program). Since installing, I
get messages telling me that a certain IP address has been trying to get
into my computer (I have cable internet). The first time I got the message
was around 7:30pm. When I got up this morning, I was welcomed to the 84th
try by this same IP address. How can I track it down?

Also, I get a message that 'Client Foundation' is trying to access the
internet from my comoputer. I did a search and found out that this is Broad
Jump/Client Foundation. CFD.exe. I tried opening the files to find out
what/who this program is, but had no luck. I don't remember installing this
file myself, but I have trouble remembering what I ate yesterday.

Any suggestions about how I can sleuth these problems.

Also, thanks a lot for the info on the virus question I had about the weird
Microsoft email sent to me. I've had at least 10 sent to me. All of you
have instilled in me a healthy fear about what is out there.

TIA,
Brenda Dencer
