I work at home also and I use an ISDN line from Sprint. It has two
separate digital lines(with two phone #'s) and can supposedly be used as
a voice and data line at the same time. I think it takes away one of the
56k lines when voice is used and returns it to use when the call is
terminated. I don't that feature because I have no need.
The line cost is about $80.00 a month here and the ISP charge is $35.
Might solve your problem.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Internet Phone???
My wife works from home as an airline res agent. Problem is she has to
call
long distance to reach the center. Is there any software available that
would allow her modem to connect/dialout over the internet (I have a
broadband connection) and connect with the center. What is needed is
equivalent to 2 phone lines. One for the computor modem and the other for
the regular phone.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated. This is costing about $300 a
month,
still cheaper than commuting but would like to lower.
TIA
Rob Shane
