If anyone answers, please be specific with THE YEAR of NSW.

I use 2003Pro, never let it run in the background doing all the
"extra stuff" (except full time AV), and NEVER let it fix things
automatically...  (I want to see what it wants to do, which is
quite bazaar on occasion, YMMV...)
