I was the happy recipient of a Toshiba Satellite A15 laptop at Christmas.
I thought it would make internet access and email receipt a breeze as I
travelled in a motorhome January, February, and March.
No such luck. First of all a lot of RV resorts do not have central modem
hookups, even those with email addresses? Can you believe it?

From the beginning I have had problems with the computer with no response
help from Microsoft. I have difficulty typing messages in email and in
the Works Program. The cursor jumps around frequently and I am always
having to cut and past portions of whatever I am trying to type to get
back to the last thing I typed. Is there a fix for this or am I doing
something wrong?
