There has been a huge problem with this ZoneAlarm update to version 5. The
best advice is to not update, but if you already have, go to the forums:
http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs
and see if you can get the help you need. ZoneAlarm has not been very
helpful, and a lot of users are now former users. The amount of ill will
generated by the fiasco is amazing.
