I use Outlook, not Outlook Express, but they work
similarly. I NEVER put an address in the TO: space, and
it always works just fine.

You do how every have to have one address in the to:
space and the address in the BCC: space will still only
see the address that you put in the to: space and not
their address. I have Win 98. Someone let me know if
there is another , better way of doing what  she wants.
