Demetri,

That is a file associated with windows Resource Meter, and it belongs in windows/system. You can
find it in a .cab file named "WIN95_02.CAB", which will be in your win95 / win98 folder, or on your
cd-rom.

A program gives me the error message that it is missing file rsrc32.dll.
A check at Microsoft's website shows that this file is included in
Windows 95 and Windows 98 CD, yet I do not find it on either. How can I
access this file, and where is to be installed?
