Yes you can. Place a fromatted floppy in your drive, then go to the folder
or the file in your favorites and right click on it and a menu will come up
and then hit send it, then to floppy(A drive, usually) and it will go there!
I'm pretty sure you could drag it there also if that makes it easier. Hope
