You can visit http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/pop3telnet.htm
which gives instructions on accessing your POP server using telnet, or
you can download a free utility at
http://www.netcomuk.co.uk/~kempston/smb/index.html which will do what
you want. Also, your ISP should be able to remove the offending message
for you.
