I have loaded Win98 beta on three machines.  Like most of the other list
members, Win98 loaded just fine.  Win98 is more stable than Win95, better
drivers, better diagnostics (msinfo32), slightly faster.  I recommend it to
all.  Yes, your system should handle it fine.

Keep in mind though, Win98's user interface is not much different than
Win95, particularly if you are using IE 4.0 with active desktop.
