Hello

Can anyone help me with this very odd problem.
Whenever I receive email, either private or from a mailing list, on my
Virgin net
account via Outlook Express, the time of the message is always listed as USA
time - for instance, I sent myself a test message, according to the clock on
the pc it was sent at 16.11, it arrived in my inbox 15 seconds later at
08.20!
I've checked regional settings and it's UK GMT.
I've checked spelling in options and it's English UK.

TIA ...Mick
