Hello,

I am having a terrible time keeping the newest version of
TABCTL32.ocx in my windows\system folder. The origin of this
problem is this...

I had downloaded and installed a trail copy of CoffeeCup Editor++
6.0 and all went well. Then I downloaded a registered copy and
after installing, it ran once, then after a shutdown and attempt to
run again the main window would not load because TABCTL32.ocx file
was "not found" or "outdated", according to the error message. I
emailed CoffeeCup help and after several days (another gripe, but
not at this time) they emailed a new version of this .ocx file and
an additional .dep file to place in this folder. So now I have an
updated file...good. In the meantime, before they had given these
to me, I downloaded and installed the newer (gosh) version of this
html editor, installed it, and there it was...a fully functioning
program.

Then I purchased and installed the Sylesheet Maker and the problem
is back. I really don't want to uninstall AGAIN.

Inventory now stands thusly...2 versions of Coffeecup Editor++ (one
with an older .ocx file), 1 version Stylesheet Maker, 3 versions of
TABCTL32.ocx, and 1 TABCTL32.dep on a Win 95 machine.

My primary question in this...how can I put the desired TABCTL32.ocx
into my system folder where the older file already exists? I've
attempted it and been denied access to this action. Another
question is - has anyone had problems with this company's software?
Obviously, I like it very much or wouldn't be putting myself through
this.

TIA,

Julie Shanks
