Rob,
I have a number of clients running Corel Suite 8 in stand-alone and network
configurations. They all run flawlessly (as does my own installation).
Some of the early builds did have problems. Make sure you are working with
the most current version --- 8.0.0.611.
You can download patches at
http://www.corel.com/support/ftpsite/pub/wordperfect/wpwin/8/cwps8.htm
you may need more than one service pack, so read the REQUIREMENTS notes
carefully.
If that's not the issue, try to give us more details about the crash. Error
messages, what the user was doing, etc.
