        I am   using Netscape 6.2 on a computer with XP. Suddenly I find that the
BACK and FORWARD buttons are greyed out in Netscape and I cannot figure how
to retrieve them. I do not see a control for this in PREFERENCES. Rebooting
does not help and I would prefer not to have to reinstall unless absolutely
necessary. What to do?
