A quick update on this.
I completely uninstalled Outlook and deleted all associated files
except my address book and folders.
After downloading a completely new copy and installing it.
It took just 11 hours for Outlook to once again change
all my toolbars..... sigh.... sure will be glad when
Netscape goes back to a three window mail program.
Any advice/suggestions on how to tame this thing will be
greatly appreciated.

Subject: Outlook 98 custom toolbars
Outlook 98 keeps changing my custom toolbars -- on it's own.
I have reinstalled Outlook twice now and each time the toolbars
stay as I have set them for about 3-4 weeks and then suddenly
it does something without my permission. Several minutes ago, I
replied to a message and everything was find. I read two more
messages and replied to a fourth message and suddenly my REPLY
window no longer has a SEND button....... SIGH <BIG frown>
Is anyone else seeing these kinds of problems with Outlook98?
