If you are asking about the Address Bar in the MS Internet
Explorer Browser:

At the top, click on View, slide mouse down to "Tool Bars",
slide to the right and make sure there is a check mark on
"Address Bar".

If you still don't see it look for the "edges" of things and
pull them out... You might have hidden one by sliding it
down to "nothing"...
