I heard this on the news today.  If you want to load Win98 and do not
want IE4 along with it, go to http://www.wam.umd.edu/~ssbrooks/98lite/
Apparently this man figured out a way to load 98 on slower machines
and have it run fast.  I have not tried it and am not endorsing the
program.  It is freeware, but the author would like a donation if you
like it.
