Hello,
If it is a full version Win95B, you may need to reformat to qualify for
installation.<I have only been able to install full version on "blank"
drives.>
If the CD is an upgrade, either have Win 3.x on your system,  and Win95
should auto detect the previously installed version, or have Disk 1 of
Win 3.x in the floppy drive, and when told "Windows 95 did not find any
qualifying products." Select the option to Browse.  Then tell setup to
look for the qualifying files in a:\.
From there setup should continue.
