A configuration error was detected in the CGI script; the SUB-TOP-BANNER template could not be found.

I get the following message on startup:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
Zone Alarm caused an  invalid page fault in module <unknown> at
0000:00000004."

Tried downloading latest version of Zone Alarm and reinstalling. Not
help. Searched Microsoft and Zone Alarm's websites. Did not find
solution.

After shutdown, I re enable Zone Alarm and not receive error message.
Win98.
