This would only work if you have not lost the actual configuration for the
recycle bin which is located in the registry under:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
This registry key has all of the settings for the recycle bin, including
icons for default, empty and full, and attributes. If you change the
attributes value under ShellFolder from 40 01 00 20 to 50 01 00 20 you can
add "Rename" to the right click menu of the recycle bin and rename it any
time you want. This is a binary value and you have to double click the 40
to highlight it to make the change.
