I'm using MS Office Word 2003, but I think the steps are the same.
Also, do you actually want the changes made? I just wrote a script that
converts a plain text file to a comma separated text file by using a
script. The script uses the "Replace" function instead of the "Find"
function. Replace can be found under the edit menu (or Ctrl-H). It
allows you to enter both the word to be found and what you want it
replaced with. Then you just click "Replace All" and it does it for you.

Good Luck

I need something which will scan the whole chapter of a novel I am writing and mark every word in one go. Can anyone advise me how this can me done?
