Peter answered your question on the .dll file. The most common form of the
other file you mentioned is a "Macromedia Shockwave Flash" format (.swf) and
can be opened with your browser (Internet Explorer in most cases). Here are

Hi All: I want to open and read dll files but cant seem to locate the proper
program. Also, with files types like .swf, I open them and its all
