On WIN XP Home there is an option to program other languages, like Russian Cyrillic. I successfully added the feature, but when I try to save some text in a Notepad document, it shows and error saying if I save the file as ANSI, I'll lose the encoded (Cyrillic) text. It says to keep the Unicode information, cancel the error message and select one of the Unicode options from the "Encoding drop down list". I don't know where to find this encoding drop down list, unless they're talking about "Font" under the Format drop down tab, but the only Unicode choice is Lucida Sans Unicode. It doesn't work, I lost the Cyrillic text.
