Hello Denise,

I am on Charter Cable and a few weeks ago I was having the same problem sending to AOL and to Hotmail.  All of my mail was being returned.  I called Charter and they gave me an e-mail address to request the problem be fixed to allow communication between Charter and the other two.  I sent it and "Bingo" I had a message back the next day saying it would be fixed and it was.  

I was told by Charter that because of the heavy flow of Virus stuff flowing around that AOL and MSN had stopped traffic between some of the other ISPs.
