Rick,
I have been having this same problem, but only recently. When I start IE 5.5
it opens normally to a full screen, but on certain websites when I click on
a link it only opens partially, a small rectangular window in the middle of
the screen. I can fix this buy dragging the edges and making it fit the
entire screen, and it will be fine after that, until I shut down IE, then
when I reopen it everything returns to the way it was before and I have to
redo it. I also haven't been able to figure out why it has suddenly started
to do this or how to fix it permanently. I will be following the responses
very closely.
