Hello Ed,

The MSN Explorer that you downloaded from Microsoft is not an upgrade to
Explorer 5.5 but rather a simplified browser for new users. It is also it
is still a beta download.

Unfortunately, there is no fix right now that will let you go back to
Outlook Express. There is a fix that will let you download your mail
account that is now in Hotmail into Outlook Express, however, this is worse
than using Hotmail itself.

Microsoft is working on a permament fix to correct the problem and once
again allow you to use Outlook for your mail, but has given no date when
this fix will be available.

Get more information from http://go.msn.com/svcs/2/31.asp or
http://go.msn.com/svcs/2/32.asp.

From someone else who also got stuck - Good Luck!!!
Jack
