Not sure about Outlook since I use Outlook Express, (never could figure out why Microsoft used titles so close as to confuse) but I would assume (dangerous to do with Microsoft), that regarding this subject they are similar. With "Express" Blocked Messages go directly to your "Deleted" folder. This means they reach your mailbox, but go right to your wastebasket without you opening them. But they did leave the Post Office (your mail server) so as far as your "friend"? is concerned, you received them. So with "Express", she doesn't know she is blocked. Other members using "Outlook" should be able to confirm if the same is true with "Outlook". Just have your response ready when your "friend" asks you how you liked her latest missive.
