An older Windows utility was available from the PC Magazine site as WinFont.
It shows installed and available fonts, shows a preview, and allows you to
install and remove the fonts. Many other font utilities for viewing and
managing exist in shareware - do a search at one of the repositories such as
www.shareware.com
The one I like best is actually an image (and font) manager called
ThumbsPlus. It is shareware at a relatively high $65, but works very fast
and does the job well (www.cerious.com).

Does anyone know of a shareware / freeware app that will allow me to view
all the installed fonts on my computer and any contained on CD-ROM ?
