Ajit,
If tweakui did not complete the move for you (IE doesn't "see" the new
folder), then you will probably need to edit the registry. I haven't tried
changing it, but you should be able to find it by searching for "\FAVOR" (no
quote marks).
Or create a shortcut as Will suggested.
The active desktop is much easier. Just RIGHT click on an empty spot on
your desktop and select (left click) PROPERTIES, click the tab for WEB, and
then turn off the check box for ACTIVE DESKTOP. Click OK to finish it up.
