Tsad.dll is not part of Zone Alarm, and is likely why you can't install it.
I would first suggest downloading "Ad-Aware", a great spyware removal
program from
http://www.lavasoft.de/ .
After install and run, it should be able to remove tsad.dll, and all its
component files.
You may also want to think about monitoring your registered program files
with EasyCleaner, which
lists and removes
invalid registry entries. http://www.saunalahti.fi/tonihele/
After removing tsad.dll, you should be able to install Zone Alarm, but let
us know either way.

Thanx Alan for ur kind concern and tips
I uninstalled Zone Alaram, applied EasyCleaner, applied Ad-Ware. it found
two spyware files, removed them,
reinstalled Zone Alarm, but all this did not solve the problem. When I
booted the computer it still askd the question
" a required DLL file, TSAD.dll was not found".  The file is not on my
computer,  I need it to meet the requirement.
