The one crash I looked at was due to a GPF in my video driver,
MGAPDX64.DRV. I have a Matrox Mystique (not the 220 version, but the
previous version) running at 16K colors. I tried changing to 256 colors
and I've not seen any more crashes.

I'm not sure how much help it would be--and, indeed, your Mystique may be
recent enough that it would be superfluous--but Matrox put out a flash
upgrade for the Mystique BIOS some time back (I believe it pushed the BIOS
to v. 1.6). This cured some problems on my machine--and caused others which
were subsequently resolved with a reinstall of Win95. There were also driver
updates made available. If you miss your colors, these fixes may be in order
and may fix the GPF problem while using Access, as well.
