I am trying to print my US federal tax return, which I filed using an online
tax service. It is supposed to be an Adobe file, but every time I attempt
to download it, the file says it is an aspx file. I save it to my computer,
and click "open", but it opens a Notepad screen and only shows a bunch of
rectangles and a few % signs.

The help function tells me to be sure I have Adobe 5.0 (I have 7.0) and that
I have to turn off my pop-up blocker and maybe even my virus protection. I
have tried that, and the results are the same.

What am I doing wrong? I really need to see the forms!

Thanks, Laurie
