We have a laptop running WIN XP Home and for some reason Mozilla Firefox will no longer start up.  The files are all intact in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox, but when you click on the executable, nothing happens.  The Windows Task Manager says the status is "running", but the task column says  "Mozilla Firefox will not start up".  

Help!!!
