128 bit encryption security is an available update to IE5. It requires
filling out a special form and I believe you must be a resident of the US
to get it.
Load IE5 while your on line. ....go to Tools...Windows Update....MS update
will check your system and present you with upgrades to download. One of
them will be 128 bit security update.
