I don't know how to do that, but I'll tell you what I did do.  I right
clicked on my desktop and chose New Folder and called it Programs.  I then
made a short cut to all my programs and used drag and drop to put them in
the folder.  Now when I want to launch something all I have to do is click
on the folder all my programs are inside easy to get to and are not
cluttering up my desktop.  Might be a work around instead of the Bar.

Good Morning Listers,

Could someone please help me get the shortcut bar on my desktop.  I'm
using MS Office Small Business.  I've searched all through the CD but
haven't been able to find out how to install it.
