I have a form that has four sub forms on it.  The main form just holds the
four subforms.  The four sub forms are are based on four separate tables(
Person, Car Registration, Car Permit, and Tickets Issued).  All four of the
tables have ID Person as a field.  I would like to put five separate combo
boxes in the header and be able to bring the person's record up by selecting
on any one of the following fields:  Person's name, SSN, License Plate #,
Car Permit, or Ticket #.   My thought was to put a text box on the form and
have each of the combo boxes also have the ID Person field in it besides the
field and ID of that table that I am selecting on and pass the ID Person to
the text box.  This text box would be designated as the master field that
the sub forms would be pointing to.

Is this do-able and is there an easier way than I have suggested?  The part
of the puzzle I have not figured out is how to get the ID Person passed to
the text box.

I had also considered using a filter to do this but was not sure how to get
it to filter on four different tables connected on this one form.  Any input
would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
