  It's going to be available in stores on that date.  In order to
have supply on hand then, Microsoft needs to start stuffing finalized
CDs and manuals into boxes some weeks earlier.  i.e., this week.
That means that the last changes allowed between now and Feb have
been made; the CD that "went gold" this week contains exactly
everything that will be on the CDs we get in the stores in Feb.
